AS Roma is publishing the following statement of AS Roma President James Pallotta following the recent media reports regarding potential new investors in NEEP Roma Holding SpA:

“Contrary to recent reports, there have not been ongoing negotiations between us and any potential Chinese investors. We are continually dismayed at Unicredit’s foolish and embarrassing promotion of false information in the media – this is shameful and it hurts our team and our fans. Anybody involved in this kind of activity must be held accountable for any harm caused to our club on and off the field and should apologize to our fans. Forza Roma!”

“Contrariamente a quanto riportato recentemente, non ci sono negoziati in corso tra noi e potenziali investitori cinesi. Siamo continuamente costernati per la diffusione di una sciocca e imbarazzante propaganda di false informazioni di Unicredit – è una vergogna che fa male alla nostra squadra e ai nostri tifosi. Chiunque è coinvolto in questo tipo di attività deve essere responsabile di ogni danno creato al nostro club dentro e fuori dal campo e deve chiedere scusa ai nostri tifosi. Forza Roma!”.
